Original anime "Robot Girls Z+ Plus" to start in spring 2015! The story is based on "Great Mazinger vs. Getter Robot

From the TV anime "Robot Girls Z," the decision to produce a new "Robot Girls Z+ Plus" has been announced.

Robot Girls Z" is derived from "Toei Robot Girls," moe characters that appeared in 2009 as promotional characters personifying robots from robot anime such as "Gaiking," "Magne Robo Ga Keen," "Choujin Sentai Barattack," and "Planet Robo Danguard A." The series is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The original anime "Robot Girls Z" was created by turning "Mazinger Z", "Great Mazinger", and "UFO Robot Grendizer" into beautiful girl characters, and not only the three heroines but also the enemy mechanical beasts were depicted as beautiful girls (elementary school students, gals, etc.) wearing costumes.

This time, a new work, "Robot Girls Z + Plus," is to be produced. The new work will be produced as a short movie with a total of six episodes, one for each month starting in spring 2015. The content will be based on the movies "Great Mazinger vs. Getter Robo" and "Great Mazinger vs. Getter Robo G, Great Clash in the Air," which were shown at the Toei Manga Festival, and will feature Team Z, the new Team G, Team LOD, Team No., and new characters that appeared in the online game. The staff and cast remain unchanged.
