Palm-sized gaming barebone with Core i7/GTX 760! GIGABYTE "BRIX Gaming GB-BXI7G3-760" released!

GIGABYTE's palm-sized "BRIX Gaming" series of gaming barebones now offers the "GB-BXI7G3-760," a Core i7 model.

The BRIX Gaming series already includes the GB-BXI5G-760, which is equipped with a 2-core Core i5-4200H CPU and a GeForce GTX 760 GPU with 6GB of GDDR5 memory.


The new model has a 4-core/8-thread "Core i7-4710Q" CPU and a 3GB GDDR5 "GeForce GTX 760" GPU. Although the memory capacity has been reduced to half that of the previous model, the enhanced CPU is expected to improve performance with game software optimized for multi-core.

Other specifications are the same as the previous model. The chipset is Intel's HM87, and memory is SO-DIMM x 2 (DDR3L-1333/1600 compatible, maximum 16GB). Storage is 1 x 2.5" (SATA 6Gbps), 1 x mSATA, and the main interfaces are USB 3.0 x 4, Mini HDMI x 2, Mini DisplayPort x 1, AUDIO IN/OUT, Gigabit LAN, wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac), and Bluetooth 4.0. ac), Bluetooth 4.0, and more.
