Amazon Launches New "Kindle Free Manga Magazine" Service, Offering Every Issue of Manga Magazine for Free
Amazon.co.jp launched a new service called "Kindle Free Manga Magazines" today, January 7, 2015 (Wednesday), which allows users to enjoy every issue of popular manga magazines for free.
In addition to "Grand Jump," which is being digitized for the first time, "Kindle Free Manga Magazine" offers popular and new magazines such as "Manga Box," "Manga Action," "Comic Ran Twins," "Comic ZERO-SUM" and "Almost Monthly Otameshi Gangan. The magazines can be read free of charge. Each magazine is distributed on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other schedule determined by the publisher, and once you start reading a magazine, it will be automatically updated and delivered to your device every issue thereafter.

Grand Jump (Shueisha)
In addition to the works of two great masters, Hiroshi Motomiya and Hikaru Yumizuki, there are a variety of popular works such as "Jigoku Sensei Nube-NEO" and "The Grudge Shop EVIL HEART". You can enjoy almost the same contents as the paper version in every issue with a one-issue delay. Updated on the first and third Wednesday of each month (issues 1 through 3 are updated weekly). Grand Jump will be digitized for the first time and distributed exclusively on Kindle.
Manga Box (DeNA)
While waiting for a train or bus, or in bed before going to sleep, you can read popular manga such as "Koi to Uso" (Musawo) and "Tenku Uso" (Tsuina Miura, Takahiro Ooba) anywhere with the free application "Manga Box". (The first issue will be distributed on 1/16 (Fri.)).
Manga Action (Futabasha)
Every issue of "Manga Box" is specially edited for Kindle with a selection of works from the popular Futabasha magazines, including "Fuji-san wa shounen-ki" (Ojiro Makoto) and "Boku wa marinaka" (Shuzo Oshimi), both of which are serialized in Manga Action. Updated on the first and third Tuesday of every month.
Comic Ran Twins (Lido Co., Ltd.)
You can enjoy the same serialization as the print version such as "Work in Progress: Fujieda Umeyasu" (Tataro Saito/Shotaro Ikenami/Kitagamata) every month with a delay of one issue. Updated around the 13th of each month.
Comic ZERO-SUM (Ichijinsha)
Pick up and delivery of works published in Zero-Sum, WARD, and Zero-Sum Online for Kindle. Updated on the 28th of every month with a variety of works such as "Makai Oji" (Utako Yukihiro, Yen Takadono), "Carnival" (Momoya Mikami), "Bokura no Kiseki" (Natsuo Kumeida), and more.
○Almost Monthly Otameshi Gangan (Square Enix)
The February issue contains 12 "Stories of Inhuman Beings" such as "Kimi shinshin nitamafu koto nakare" (Daisuke Moriyama) and "Donnyatsu" (Yusuke Kozaki). Updated on the last Friday of every month (the first issue will be published on Friday, January 16).
