Tamayura unveils the character set-up drawings for the final four-part "Graduation Photo" series! Aya Uchida and Mayu Iizuka play two junior members.

The character setting drawings from the anime "Tamayura: Graduation Photo" have been announced.


Set in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, the "Tamayura" series depicts the daily lives and modest dreams of high school student Sawatari Kaede, who loves photography, and the people around her. Tamayura ~Moagureshibu~" was broadcast in July 2013 and gained popularity as a daily healing animation. The concluding four-part work, "Tamayura: Graduation Photo," will be sequentially screened from April 2015.

This time, the character setting images were released. All of them are by Haruko Iizuka, character designer and chief animation director, and in addition to the four main characters, there are setting pictures of two junior members (Takumi Shindo & Suzune Maekawa) who join the photography club. Takumi Shindo, played by Aya Uchida, is a first-year student who has won a photography contest. Suzune Maekawa, played by Mayu Iizuka, is a second-year student who was a secret fan of Kanae, a senior who has since graduated.

The first part of the film, "Buds" will be screened in theaters for a limited two-week period starting April 4.

Kaede, Kaoru, Norie, and Maon move up to the third grade of high school this spring. Kanae graduated from the photography club, and two juniors joined the club. While adding new members to the club, they are spending their days as lively as ever. The four students were gradually thinking about their future dreams and career paths as they prepare for graduation, which is only about a year away. Kaede, thinking back on all the precious moments they have spent together, begins to have certain feelings...
