New information about the second season of the TV anime "GATCHAMAN CROWDS" has been announced.

GATCHAMAN CROWDS" is an anime based on Tatsunoko Productions' popular anime "Science Ninja Squad Gatchaman," which started in October 1972 and recorded an average rating of 21%. The story of the hero's rebirth unfolds in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, a city with 180,000 people and a second capital city function, and has gained popularity not only among fans of the old series but also among newcomers.

New information on the second season, for which the production decision had been announced, has now arrived. The second season will be called "GATCHAMAN CROWDS insight" and will start in 2015 on NTV. It will be a sequel to the first season and will tell the story "beyond" the first season.
