Compact CPU cooler with beehive fins! CRYORIG "H7" coming soon!

CRYORIG has introduced a new CPU cooler model "H7" with beehive design fin blocks.

The H7 is a side-flow CPU cooler with a single tower structure and is a smaller version of the larger H5 Universal CPU cooler released in 2014. By reducing its height and width, it has achieved a size that allows it to be mounted in mini-tower cases. It also features a design that minimizes interference with memory, allowing large memory to be installed.

The fin block is made of aluminum and features an original honeycomb design. The number of fins is 40, two more than the H5, but the number of heat pipes is reduced by one to three (the same 6mm diameter). Incidentally, the heat pipe arrangement is also different.

The fan is a new model, 25.4mm thick/120mm square, PWM compatible. It is a quiet type with a rotation speed of 330-1600 rpm, a noise level of 10-25 dB (A), and a maximum airflow of 49 CFM.

Supported CPU sockets are LGA 1156/1155/1150 for Intel and Socket FM1/FM2(+)/AM2(+)/AM3(+) for AMD. LGA 2011-3/2011/1366, which was supported by the high-end " H5 " model, is not supported.

In addition, the "X-Bar" quick-mounting system that allows easy installation of a CPU cooler is adopted, and the reversible "X-Bar Backplate" that supports both AMD and Intel with a single plate is included.

The main unit measures 123 (W) x 145 (H) x 98 (D) mm and weighs 577 g. The heatsink is made of aluminum and the heatpipes are made of copper (nickel coated).

The preliminary price is around 5,000 yen, and the product will be released on January 15, 2012.
