2015 Winter Anime "Star Wars Rebels" and guest star Bananaman held an postrecording conference! Nimura plays an alien

The TV animation "Star Wars Rebels" will start on January 24, and an postrecording session was held for Bananaman, who will appear as a guest voice actor in the third episode.

Star Wars Rebels" is the first completely original "Star Wars" work since Lucasfilm became part of Disney. Lucasfilm Animation will produce this new film, which depicts the period between Episodes III and IV of the "Star Wars" films, a period that was never depicted in the films. Set five years before "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope," the story takes place on the eve of the formation of the Rebel Alliance, in which Luke Skywalker and his team will later play an active role.

Bananaman's Osamu Shitara and Yuki Himura, who will guest star in the third episode airing on February 15, held a post-recording press conference, where they performed a live post-recording in front of the press. I don't mean to say that I reject playing human characters, but I guess I am judged by my appearance," he commented, eliciting laughter. When asked by the MC, "What would you do if you could use the Force in the real world? Shitara answered, "I would walk right past the security guards." "If I use the Force too much, I might use it for something bad, so I would probably pick up something that fell down or put on my socks. I have a big belly, so it's hard for me to bend over (laughs)" (Mr. Himura).

Later, Darth Vader and stormtroopers came to cheer him on, and Mr. Himura reacted just like in the movie when Darth Vader gave him a force choke (remote choking) as a result of an excited Mr. Shitara's insult. In closing, he said, "The story is very interesting and I think it will be fun to find the characters in the movie. Please watch it with your whole family! (Shitara) and "Please watch this and immerse yourself in the world of Star Wars! (Mr. Himura) and "Immerse yourself in the world of Star Wars by watching this!
