Banana Pi Board DN-12064, a small card-sized PC running on a Linux-based OS, is now on sale at Shanghai Inquirer Akihabara Store (Dospara Parts Kan 3F).


The "Banana Pi" is a single board computer with CPU, memory, and various I/Os on a 92 x 60 mm card-sized board.

The CPU is a 1.0GHz dual-core SoC "Allwinner A20" and 1GB of DDR3 memory. Various other interfaces include Gigabit LAN, SATA, USB, AUDIO OUT, and MIC. Monitor outputs are HDMI, composite, and LVDS, and there is also an SD card slot for booting. Power supply is microUSB (5V/2A).

The design is reminiscent of the Raspberry Pi, which is also a single-board computer, but according to the store, "It is a completely different product and is not compatible (with the Raspberry Pi), so the case cannot be used with it. Incidentally, a special case is also being released at the same time.

There are no manuals or other accessories, and OS setup and usage can be found on the web page of the manufacturer, LeMaker, as indicated on the package. Warranty is limited to initial failure.
