ASUSTOR's AS5004T 4-bay NAS for business with dual-core Celeron is now available!

ASUSTOR's high-end NAS for business, the AS5004T, is now available.

The AS5004T is a 4-bay NAS with a 2.41GHz dual-core Celeron CPU and Gigabit LAN support.

It is equipped with HDMI and S/PDIF connectors for full HD output on the rear panel, and can be used like a media player by adding a dedicated application.

The onboard memory is 1GB DDR3L-SODIMM (up to 8GB). The storage capacity is 2.5/3.5-inch HDD/SSD with SATA 6Gbps interface, and the rear interface includes 2 Gigabit LAN, 3 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, 2 eSATA, 1 HDMI 1.4a, 1 S/PDIF, and an infrared Receiver. Cooling fan is 120mm x 1.

Incidentally, the differences from the AS5104T, which is already on the market, include the standard onboard memory capacity (maximum capacity is the same 8GB), the presence or absence of an LCD display for status indication, and the tray locking mechanism.
