Death Parade" Announces Additional Characters and Episode 3 Guest Characters!　BD-BOX Limited Edition Includes Complete Guest Voice Actor Discussion CD!

Additional characters and a guest character for episode 3 have been announced from the TV anime "Death Parade," which is currently airing.

Death Parade" is a TV series adaptation of the original anime "Death Billiard" produced by Madhouse, which was released in 2013 as part of the young animator training project "Anime Mirai" and attracted attention for its style of depicting the depths of humanity and the riddle story it throws at the audience. Yuzuru Tachikawa, who participated in "BLEACH" and "The Book of Dantalian" as a director, and directed the first OVA "Arata naru Sekai", will direct the TV series as well. Character design and chief animation director is Shinichi Kurita, and art director is Satoru Hirayanagi. Production will continue to be produced by Madhouse.

Additional characters and the third episode's guest character have been revealed. The additional character, Mayu Arita (CV: Atsumi Tanesaki), is a high school girl who is a big fan of an idol group called C.H.A. She has a light-hearted, silly, but pure side. The guest character in episode 3, Shigeru Miura (CV: Junji Mashima)
(CV: Junji Mashima) is a gentle college student who is shy around women, and Miyazaki Chisato (CV: M.A.O.) is a beautiful staff member at a bowling alley who has even forgotten her own name when she arrives at the Queen's Deckim. Episode 3, "Rolling Ballad," depicts their confrontation.

＜Episode 3 Story
When college student Shigeru Miura wakes up, he finds a strange bartender in front of him. The bartender tells him to play a deadly game, but Shigeru falls in love at first sight with a beautiful woman who claims to be his opponent. Shigeru agrees to play a game with her in order to regain his memory, and the two of them face off in a game of bowling.

In addition, it was announced that the BD-BOX complete limited production edition to be released on June 17 will include, as an enclosed bonus, the "Queen Dekim Guest Conversation [Complete Version] Data CD," which contains the complete audio recording of the conversation between the voice actors who played the guest characters. Incidentally, the first two episodes are Kazuya Nakai (playing Takashi) and Ayako Kawasumi (playing Machiko).
