Popular Akihabara ramen restaurant "Feast Kuroki" now offers "Miso Soba" in a cup noodle! On Sale Nationwide from February 16

A new cup noodle product supervised by "Motegi Kuroki," a popular ramen restaurant located between Akihabara and Asakusabashi, will be released nationwide on February 16 as "Meisei Motegi Kuroki Miso Soba. The new cup noodles will go on sale nationwide on February 16 under the name "Meisei Motegi Kuroki Miso Soba.

The restaurant was opened in 2011 by Naoto Kuroki, a chef with 20 years of experience in a variety of fields including ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants), Italian cuisine, and French cuisine. The restaurant is rated as high as 3.90 (as of the writing of this article) on the food log, making it one of the "Top 1000" (i.e., the top 1000 restaurants in terms of evaluation points). As a result, it has been featured in many TV programs and other media.

Like the signature "Shio-soba" that became a cup noodle in 2012, the new "Miso-soba" has been commercialized under the supervision of Meiboshi. The soup is a rich miso broth with a well-balanced combination of simmered dried fish, chicken and pork, and savory oil from sesame and shrimp. The noodles are thick non-fried noodles with a chewy texture. The condiment consists of chashu pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and chives. The volume is 119 grams (70 grams of noodles). The price is 258 yen.

It will be very interesting to see how the restaurant's regular "Miso Soba" menu, with its thick soup with a strong presence of shrimp in the slop, strong straight thick noodles with a rich wheat flavor, and crispy and savory stir-fried vegetables, will be reproduced.
