2015 Winter Anime "ISUCA" Releases Advance Scenes from Episode 1! Also, a 15-second preview video!

The TV anime "ISUCA," which will start in January 2015, has released its first scene photos.



ISUCA" is based on the manga by Osamu Takahashi, which is serialized in the monthly magazine Young Ace. It is a school action film centering on a selfish girl from a prestigious family whose profession is demon sealing, and a poor student who ends up working there as a housekeeper. Directed by Akira Iwanaga of "Tegamibachi" fame, the series is based on the novel "I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job Because I Couldn't Become a Brave Man. The animation production will be handled by Arms.

The broadcast will finally begin on January 23, and advance scene photos of the first episode, "Encounter," have been released. Also, a trailer for the first episode has been released on the official website. The trailer is about 15 seconds long and features the character voice of Sakuya Shimazu (CV: Kido Ekiyo), a beautiful tsundere girl who is the 37th head of the Shimazu family, a family of retired magicians that has existed since the Kamakura period (1185-1333).
