Seagate "Enterprise NAS HDD" 4TB/2TB models are now available!

Seagate's "Enterprise NAS HDD" for high-end NAS, which was recently released in 6TB/3TB models, is now available in 2TB model ST2000VN0001 and 4TB model ST4000VN0001.

The "Enterprise NAS HDD" is a SATA 6Gbps 3.5-inch HDD designed for use in rackmount/tower NAS with up to 16 bays, featuring the RV Sensor to detect and control vibration and the Dual Stage Actuator to improve head positioning accuracy. The RV sensor detects and controls vibration, and the Dual Stage Actuator enhances head positioning accuracy, resulting in improved stability and reliability in multi-drive configurations.

Power consumption (idle/operating) is 4.5W/8.08W for the 2TB model and 6.0W/9.42W for the 4TB model.

Other specifications are the same: cache capacity of 128 MB, disk rotation speed of 7200 rpm, and internal transfer rate of 216 MB/sec.

The 5TB model "ST5000VN0001" is also available in this series.
