GIGABYTE releases B85 gaming mother for 8,000 yen!　GA-B85M-Gaming3" on Sale!

GIGABYTE has released the GA-B85M-Gaming3, a MicroATX motherboard with B85 chipset that touts itself for gaming.

It is equipped with Intel's Gigabit LAN controller for networking. Sound functions are enhanced by Nichicon Japan's ARE series audio capacitors and a board with noise suppression. Another key point is its relatively low price at 8,000 yen.

Expansion slots are 1 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 and 2 x PCI Express x1, and supported memory is 2 x DDR3 DIMMs (1600 MHz supported). Major interfaces include HDMI, VGA, Gigabit LAN, 7.1-channel sound, SATA 6Gbps x 4, SATA 3Gbps x 2, USB 3.0, and USB 2.0.
