Portable SSD with 3D V-NAND from SAMSUNG!　High-speed model with 450MB/s read/write speed

The first USB 3.0-compatible portable SSDs from SAMSUNG are now available. The 250GB model "MU-PS250B/IT" and 500GB model "MU-PS500B/IT" of the "Portable SSD T1" series are now available.

The "Portable SSD T1" series is a portable SSD with a compact body smaller than the size of a business card, measuring 71mm in width and 53.2mm in depth.

It uses "3D V-NAND" as the NAND flash in the same way as the "850" series of 2.5-inch drives. It combines high performance and durability. The transfer rate is 450MB/sec for both read and write, and the PC connection interface is USB 3.0.

Security features include password protection (for supported OS only) and hardware encryption that supports AES 256-bit encryption.

The main unit measures 71 (W) x 9.2 (H) x 53.2 (D) mm and weighs 30 g.
