The beer bar "Hitachino Brewing Lab" opened on January 27. It is located in the N1 section of March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi, near Mansebashi Bridge.

Hitachino Brewing Lab is a new beer bar from Kiuchi Brewery, known for its craft beer Hitachino Nest Beer from Hitachino, Ibaraki Prefecture." The concept is a "craft beer brewing laboratory," where customers can learn about the beer production process while tasting a variety of craft beers.

Beers (680 yen each) include about 10 kinds of craft beers, such as Hitachino Nest Beer, a fresh beer directly from the factory, white ale, pale ale, Beitzen, and a beer only available at March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi. The food menu (from 380 yen) is supervised by Reiyuki Sugie, a native of Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, who has worked in New York and Hong Kong, and uses mainly ingredients from Hitachino. Country-style pâté cornichon, octopus ceviche with salted lemon, beef ribs in red wine, and other dishes are served in a quick style in a familiar "cup of sake" bottle. During lunchtime, healthy sandwiches made with rose pork and mackerel landed in Ibaraki will also be available. Of course, you can also drink beer from noon.

Open from 11:00 to 23:00 (until 21:00 on Sundays and holidays), with seating for 10 at tables + 15 standing. Incidentally, beer fever is growing in the Kanda area, with the " Kanda Beer Festival " being held since 2013.
