High school volleyball anime "Hi-Q! Sequel TV series and movie version to be produced! Depicting the Inter-High School Preliminary Round and Beyond

The TV anime "HIQUE! announced the decision to produce a sequel to the TV series and a movie version.

HIQUE! is an anime work based on the manga by Haruichi Furudate (serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2012), which has sold 2.5 million copies in total. It is a passionate adolescent volleyball story about the Tolino High School volleyball club, centering on Shoyo Hinata, a boy who is fascinated by volleyball, and Tobio Kageyama, a genius player.

This time, as part of the "HIQUE! Summit Project 2015," a sequel to the TV series and a movie version will be produced. The sequel will continue the story beyond the inter-high qualifiers, with Tsutomu Mitsunaka directing and Production I.G in charge of production. On the other hand, the movie version will be a compilation of the first season. Details on the timing and other details of both have yet to be announced.


In addition, following the recently held "Winter Training Camp," a large-scale event will be held this summer.
