The soba chain Echigo Soba Kanda Suehirocho (since February 2012 ) has reopened for business.

The restaurant had been out of business since mid-November 2014 due to "emergency construction work on the kitchen equipment.

The restaurant used to be open from 7:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 19:00 on weekends and holidays, but will now be open from 11:00 to 18:00 on all days.
