The TV anime "Wake Up, Girls!" has announced that it will hold a collaborative niter with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, "Wake Up, Girls! Niter 2015," on May 19, 2015.


Wake Up, Girls!" is an original anime directed by Hiroshi Yamamoto (director of the TV anime "Lucky Star"), written and composed by Doko Waita, and featuring music by Satoru Kanzen (MONACA). It is an ensemble coming-of-age drama about girls who aspire to become idols in Sendai, with voice acting by ordinary women selected from 2,000 auditions. was broadcast in October 2014, and a sequel theater version will be released in 2015.

The second collaboration night with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles will be held at Rakuten Kobo Stadium.
