Orbweaver 2014, a left-handed gaming keypad with Razer mechanical switches, is now available!

Razer has released a new model of its multi-button left-handed gaming keypad, the Orbweaver 2014.

The Orbweaver 2014 is a renewed model of the Orbweaver, a USB-connected gaming keypad equipped with an 8-way input (thumb pad) and 20 keys that can be operated with the left-hand thumb.

The biggest difference is the keyswitch, which has been changed from the Cherry blue-axis used in the past to a proprietary Razer Green Switch mechanical switch in the new model. Compared to standard mechanical switches, the new model features a 20% improvement in key durability and a slightly shallower stroke feel.

Other than that, there are no major changes in features or appearance, and as before, it is equipped with a macro function, backlight LEDs, and an adjustable palm rest.

The main unit measures 154 (W) x 55 (H) x 202 (D) mm and weighs 395 g.
