Galpin commercializes "tank-shaped vase" of the Isuzu School of flower arrangement in Kasama-yaki! Reproduced by Ibaraki Prefecture's Leading Potters and Kilns

From the anime "Girls und Panzer" comes a tank-shaped vase. The item will be released in March by Hobby Stock as the "Isuzu School Iemoto Approved Kasama Ware Tank Shaped Flower Vase.

This is a reproduction of the "tank-shaped flower vase," an important item in the play that helped resolve the conflict with the mother of Hana Isuzu, a girl born to an Iemoto of the flower arrangement school. The vase is reproduced using Kasama-yaki, a representative craft of Ibaraki Prefecture, where the story takes place in the town of Oarai, and is made by Chihiro Sunayama, a young ceramic artist from Ibaraki Prefecture, and Toshiaki Takano (Takano Tobo), a traditional Kasama-yaki craftsman, as the potter.

The vase itself measures approximately W130mm x D260mm x H110mm and comes with a special paulownia box. The price is 12,000 yen plus tax. The product will be available for pre-order in limited quantities as a Hobby Stock exclusive product on a special page (http://www.hobbystock.jp/sp/gp_kasamayaki/) from February 25 at 7:00 p.m.
