<Chapter 2 Story
The name "Akina's Hachi Roku" quickly becomes known to motorists as the mysterious downhill specialist who beat Keisuke Takahashi of the Akagi Red Suns, and one after another, motorists who are confident in their skills gather at Akina. Then one night, the headlights of two pairs of cars, Ryosuke Takahashi's FC and Takeshi Nakazato's GT-R, cut through Akina's mountain pass.
Meanwhile, Takumi Fujiwara is puzzled when Ikeya and Tatsuru call him a "racer," and he is left out of the frenzy around him. Then, when Tsuyoshi Nakazato of the Myogi Night Kids challenges him to a race, Takumi gets carried away and accepts the challenge on his own.... HACHIROKU vs GT-R. The RB26DETT engine tuned to 380 horsepower of the GT-R was a "monster. While HACHIROKU seemed to have no chance, the battle raged on at full throttle.
Shingo Shoji, the number 2 driver of the Myogi Night Kids, was watching the battle coldly, and his presence shone out suspiciously. The instincts of the runners who tear through the mountain pass explode.
