Adores opens "AnimePlaza Akihabara" on March 7!　 Consists of 3 floors: cafe, rental showcase, and merchandise sales

AnimePlaza Akihabara will open on March 7, 2012. It will be located in a newly built building along Chuo-dori Avenue, next to the building that houses Adores Akihabara (since September 2012) and Karaoke Adores Akihabara (since August 2012).

AnimePlaza Akihabara" is an amusement complex operated by Adores, with the first floor as a game center "Adores Akihabara Store No. 2" (scheduled to open soon) with a crane game floor, and the second to fourth floors as "AnimePlaza Akihabara Store". AnimePlaza Akihabara Store" consists of a rental showcase on the 2nd floor, merchandise sales on the 3rd floor, and a café on the 4th floor, and incorporates the café operation know-how cultivated by "AnimePlaza Ikebukuro Store," which opened in November 2014. In addition, Adores is the first to install rental showcases, which are popular in the Akihabara area. The company aims to attract a new customer base, including tourists from overseas. Hours of operation are from 10:00 to 22:30.

The prizes for the crane game on the 1st floor will be only for women, and the first collaboration (March 7-April 5) at the 4th floor café will be the romance adventure game "Meiji Tochi Koiana" for women.

　4F: Cafe floor
Equipped with 30 seats in an environment with one 80-inch and four 40-inch monitors, the café floor is designed on the premise of collaboration with various external contents such as anime and games. It offers original drinks and food items tailored to each project.
　3F: Merchandise sales floor
A floor where various goods are sold, including original goods for the collaboration project on the 4th floor.
　2F: Rental showcase floor
This service rents showcases to individuals and sells figurines, cards, and miscellaneous goods on consignment. A total of 472 showcases are available, some of which are equipped with "surface-illuminated LED panels" that dramatically change the appearance of products.
　1F: Crane Game Floor
While the existing Akihabara store offers prizes for the general public and male customers, the second store will offer only "Otome" type prizes and will be designed for the female customers, thus creating a thorough segregation of the two stores in the favorable Akihabara location.
