TV Anime "Aikatsu! unveils new main visual and new characters!　Broadcasting will be moved back by 30 minutes from April.

The TV anime "Aikatsu! has unveiled a new main visual and new characters.

The arcade card game/TV anime "Aikatsu!" is a digital card game that allows players to self-produce their own characters and experience the idol activities of their dreams, and is popular mainly among girls. Aikatsu! has been broadcast on TV Tokyo since October 2012, and its first movie version, which was released at the end of last year, has been a huge hit.

The new main visual and new characters have been revealed: Akari Ozora and her idols will enter the second year of junior high school as Starlight Academy enters a new term starting with the April 2 broadcast (episode 127). In addition, new characters "Madoka Amou" and "Rin Kurosawa" will appear as new students, and the story will take a new turn. Madoka Amou is a firm believer who loves to wear dresses made by Angelie Sugar, whose grandmother is a top designer. The two are good friends.

The broadcast time will be changed from 6:00 p.m. every Thursday evening to 6:30 p.m. every Thursday starting April 2. On BS Japan, however, there will be no change (every Monday evening from 5:00 p.m.).

The story is about the idols who attend the idol school "Starlight Academy" and other idol schools.
The story centers on Ichigo Hoshimiya, who enrolls in Starlight Academy because of her admiration for the top idol, Mizuki Kanzaki, and after a gradual generational change, in October 2014 the main character is replaced by Akari Ozora, who became an idol because she loves Ichigo Hoshimiya. The story continues with Ichigo and the other idols who are her rivals and also her best friends as she happily and diligently continues her idol katsudo.
Then April 2015. Akari and her friends are new students in their second year of junior high school. Akari and her friends, Rin Kurosawa and Madoka Amou, are the new students, and a new idol story begins.
