Live-action PATLABOR, feature-length theatrical version of "Capital Decisive Battle" released this trailer!　Armed helicopters on the rampage vs.

THE NEXT GENERATION PATLABOR" is a live-action version of the classic anime "Mobile Police Patlabor," and the trailer for the theatrical version has been released.

The film, which has attracted attention for its total production cost of 2.2 billion yen, including the 8-meter-long life-size Type 98 Ingram and the fully realized Section 2 building with its own Laberdog, will be released sequentially starting with Chapter 1 (Episodes 0-1) on April 5, with the final Chapter 7 (Episode 12 "The Greatest Legacy") to be screened from January 10, 2015. The seventh and final chapter ("The Great Legacy") has been screened since January 10, 2015.

The trailer for the feature-length theatrical version of "THE NEXT GENERATION PATLABOR: Capital Decisive Battle," which will be released on May 1, has been unveiled. It depicts the stealth battle helicopter "Gray Ghost" piloted by Zero Haibara (played by Kanna Mori) overrunning the capital city. While the Self-Defense Force helicopter dispatched on an emergency mission is shot down, the members of the Special Vehicle Section 2, who have decided to dismantle the helicopter, decide to activate the Ingram, which is sealed away. Meanwhile, the Gray Ghosts are on an unruly rampage, gliding under overpasses and just short of the road, bombing the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. And at the climax of the film, there are images of the abandoned Special Vehicle Section 2, such as Ingram holding a revolver cannon with his cockpit exposed.
