The event will be held in Tokyo until tomorrow, March 1, but will also be held in Nagoya the following week from March 7 to 8, and in Osaka from March 14 to 15.

At the event, exhibits will center on the spring model mobile notebooks and the 8-inch tablet "ARROWS Tab. A mini talk event was also held in which Barbapapa, the company's image character, appeared on stage to introduce how to make use of the products.

Barbapapa also appeared at the event. Visitors were able to take pictures and shake hands.

One of the most enjoyable activities for both children and adults was a demo of Intel's RealSense 3D camera.

The demo involved a 3D scan of one's face and the results reflected in a 3D avatar. Visitors can enjoy watching an avatar with their own face moving on the screen. The avatar can be selected from four types, including "Star Trek" and "Ghostbusters," and it took less than five minutes to complete, making it an easy and enjoyable experience.

3D scanned face data is pasted onto an avatar (photo, left). A sample figure output from a 3D printer is also placed next to the demo unit.

Also on display is the "LIFEBOOK GH77/T," a high-spec PC that can be separated from the display unit and PC body via wireless communication.

After experiencing these PCs, visitors who fill out a questionnaire will receive an eco-bag featuring the Barber Papa family. The quantity is limited, so if you are interested, be sure to try it out as soon as possible.
