JAVS X-nano, a compact USB DDC/DAC built-in headphone amplifier with DSD 5.6MHz support, is released!

zionote has released the JAVS brand X-nano headphone amplifier with built-in USB DAC.

This headphone amplifier with built-in USB DAC supports sound sources up to DSD 5.6MHz (DSD128) and PCM 192kHz/24bit.

Input is USB only, and output is a combo jack for line output/optical digital output in addition to 3.5mm stereo mini for headphones. In addition to earphones/headphones (recommended impedance 16 to 600 ohms), it can be connected to speakers and used as a USB DDC.

The headphone amplifier uses a MOS FET discrete amplifier circuit for powerful, sensitive, and rich output. A digital volume control minimizes buzzing noise and sound quality degradation.

The top panel is equipped with LED indicators to check the sampling rate and volume level during playback, and a volume switch is provided on the side panel.

The USB 2.0 interface supports asynchronous transfer mode and bit-perfect output, the USB controller is XMOS's X-Core microprocessor, and the DAC is Cirrus Logic's CS4398. The body measures 60 (W) x 80 (H) x 25 (D) mm and weighs approximately 160 g. The body is made of full aluminum. It is available in silver (retailers only) and black (direct sales only).
