Microsoft Japan has released the "Universal Mobile Keyboard," amulti-OS compatible mobile keyboard for Windows/Android/iOS.
The"Universal Mobile Keyboard" is a Bluetooth-connected mobile keyboard that can be used with Android and iOS devices inaddition to Windows.It comes with a keyboard cover that can be used as a stand for tablets and smartphones, making it possible to use it like a notebook PC.
An English-language model was released in October of last year.
The main specifications are as follows: the main unit measures242 (W) x 109 (D) x 12 (H) mm, weighs 365 g, and has 68 Japanese keys. The battery is a lithium battery with a battery life of 6 months. Supported OS are Windows 8/RT, iOS 6 or later, and Android 4.0 or later. It comes in two colors: black and gray.
