27" 4K Monitor with HDMI 2.0!　Acer "S277HKwmidpp" released

The S277HKwmidpp, a 4K-compatible LCD monitor with HDMI 2.0 input jack, is now available from Acer.

The S277HKwmidpp is a 27-inch LCD monitor that supports 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels). The S277HKwmidpp features support for the HDMI standard (version 2.0), which allows 4K video at a refresh rate of 60 Hz to be displayed over an HDMI port, which was previously the only option available with DisplayPort.

The main unit features "Zero Frame," which eliminates the frame around the LCD panel, built-in DTS Sound-compatible stereo speakers for clear, three-dimensional sound, and Acer True Harmony technology, an acoustic technology that reproduces expansive bass frequencies. The main specifications are as follows.

Main specifications include an IPS (non-glare) panel, brightness of 300 candela, contrast ratio of 100,000,000:1 (ACM), response time of 4ms (GTG), and viewing angle (vertical/horizontal) of 178 degrees. Monitor input terminals are HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, and DVI-D. The main unit measures 619.7 (W) x 362.9 (H) x 237.9 (D) mm and weighs approximately 7 kg.
