A convenience store "FamilyMart Sotokanda 1-chome Store" is expected to open on March 25.

The location is on the first floor of Front Place Akihabara, a new building completed on March 10, next to the former Zakon (now Akihabara Culture's ZONE).


Since there is already a " FamilyMart Sotokanda 3-chome " across the street from the building, the two Famima stores will be operating across the street from each other. In addition, there are " Lawson Soto-Kanda 3-chome ", " Lawson Kanda Myojin", and " Sunkus Soto-Kanda 3-chome" in the neighborhood of both stores, making it a dense convenience store area.


The new building, Front Place Akihabara, is the first office building constructed as a joint project by ITOCHU, ITOCHU Property Development, and Mitsubishi Estate. It has seven stories above ground and one below, with a site area of 301.94 tsubo and a total floor area of 1,960.51 tsubo.
