Okamuraya offers Akiba-only menu "Meat Soba" from March 13! Soupless ramen similar to Taiwanese mazesoba

Okamuraya, a beef-stewed rice bowl restaurant, will begin offering a limited menu item, "Meat Soba" at its Akihabara branch on March 13.

The "Meat Soba," available only in Akiba, is a combination of soup-less ramen and beef stewed for the beef suji nikkidon bowl, and is served with egg yolk, green onion, onion, chives, mizuna, nori (seaweed), and fish meal, perhaps with the popular "Taiwan mazesoba" in mind. However, the "omibi" (rice topping) that comes as standard with Taiwan mazesoba is charged for.

The lineup and prices are as follows. Incidentally, the Akihabara branch has replaced its kitchen facilities for this purpose (?). The Akihabara branch seems to have put so much effort into replacing its kitchen facilities for this purpose, and was temporarily closed on March 12.
