DN-12851, an OTG-compatible USB hub with charging ports that allows use of peripherals while charging smartphones and tablets, is now on sale at Shanghai Inquirer Akihabara Store (Dospara Parts Kan 3F).

DN-12851 is a 4-port USB hub for smartphones/tablets with microUSB connection. It has a microUSB port on the side of the main unit for connecting a USB charging cable, andif a charging cable(sold separately)is provided, USB-connected peripherals can be used while charging smartphones and tablets.

In addition, there is no guarantee of operation with all devices, and the main unit has a 3-step mode switch, which must be switched for each model when in use. Samples are on display at the store, so customers can bring in their own devices to check them out.
