An event for the anime "Tamayura" was held on March 15.

Set in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, the "Tamayura" series depicts the daily lives and modest dreams of high school student Sawatari Kaede, who loves photography, and the people around her. Tamayura ~Moagureshibu~" was broadcast in July 2013 and gained popularity as a daily healing animation. The final four-part work, "Tamayura: Graduation Photo," will be sequentially screened from April 4, 2015.

The event was held at the Edogawa Ward Cultural Center on March 15, just before the screening of "Part 1: Buds - Kizashi -" was to begin. The event, titled "Tamayura Advancement Event 2015," consisted of two parts. The first part included a quiz corner where Ai Chino, who plays Kanae Mitani, gave a local Takehara quiz as a reporter, and a talk corner where the voice actors talked about their enthusiasm for "Tamayura: Graduation Photo. At the end of the event, Aya Uchida and Mayu Iizuka, who played new characters, appeared as surprise guests. In the second part, a game corner in which the new characters asked questions to the main cast and a newly written reading drama were presented.

In addition, a long PV of "Part 1: Bud - Kizashi", admission privileges, event information, a tie-up with the convenience store "Poplar", and other new information were also announced at once. Comments and details are as follows.

Ayana Taketatsu
The first time I met Kaede was in 2010, when she had just debuted and was afraid to stand in front of the microphone. I might have looked the same as Kaede. For the past four years, I have grown up with Kaede while putting my heart and soul into Tamayura. Kaede is also climbing the stairs to adulthood one by one, so I want to show the part of me that has grown over the past four years in this final version of the show. I want to enjoy the events as much as I can so that I will never forget that this work is loved so much.

Kana Asumi
When I first met Kaotan, I was wondering how I should deal with her and how I could help her grow. But as I played the role, I realized that her emotions and environment were actually very similar to my own, and I felt like we were in sync. When I heard that Kaotan, who is so close to me, was going to be a senior in high school, I thought about how I spent my senior year in high school. I think that girls in their third year of high school are very self-conscious, but they get hurt easily by small things and are probably rather sensitive. I hope to depict Kaoru's year together with the staff, while remembering my old self.

Hiroka Iguchi
One more year and the rest of "Tamayura" is set, and it started as an OVA as an original anime, and "Next year, there will be a Tamayura day, so everyone, let's get together! The events have continued with pleasant surprises each time, but I feel sad to think that it will finally come to an end. I felt Rie's growth during the postrecording of the first part the other day, and since I have watched her grow step by step since OVA, I thought I would do my best for the rest of the year so that she can spend the rest of her high school life with her friends without any regrets. It is fun to get together with everyone like today, and it is sad to think that there are only a few more of these fun gatherings left, but I want to leave something behind for each and every one.
I would like to grow up properly so that I will not be overtaken by Norie.

Yuko Gitake
Tamayura" is a work that I have been involved in more than just as a voice actor, so I have a strong emotional attachment to it. Now that the work is coming to an end, I will do my best to create even more intense memories with everyone because the end is in sight. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of future the characters will choose and how they will land on their feet, and I am hopeful that we will also grow and move on to a new stage. I am sad to see it come to an end, but I am also looking forward to the possibilities that will open up after graduation. I hope to enjoy one more year with everyone. Thank you for your support.

Aya Uchida
Today, standing in front of everyone for the first time, I was warmly welcomed by the audience, which made me realize that not only the works but also the fans are warm and friendly. I heard that "Graduation Photo" will be a story about moving forward in a sad but positive way, and I think that Takumi and Suzune are characters who will bring a new light to the world.

Mayu Iizuka
Suzune, a new character who is a junior, has been hiding in the shadows for a long time, so she doesn't have many memories with the others.

Junji Mashima
As for Mr. Dogo, I think it is how he will settle things with Almost Ro-san, so I hope that no matter how it ends, he will have no regrets. Even without that, I think that Mr. Dogo has been a teacher before the four girls came in, and he will continue to be the same kind of teacher even after the new students come in, and while this story will be complete, I don't think it ends there. I feel that although this story is complete, it is not the end of the story, and that it is Mr. Dogo who can convey that. I hope I can play the role with that in mind.

Junichi Sato
Listening to the enthusiasm of the four actors today, I realized that a large part of their characters was developed while they were playing their roles, which was not part of the original plan, and that the range of growth itself was something they received from the cast members and something they developed together with the cast.
I hope to draw an ending that will give the audience a sense of the happiness that awaits these children.
