Spring Anime "Seraph of the End" - The original author completely supervised the script from the first to the last episode! Moreover, the original story was written in advance for the anime!

The TV anime "Seraph of the End," which will start in April, has announced new information about the script and the sixth cast member.


Seraph of the End" is an anime work based on a manga serialized in JUMP SQ. (original story: Takaya Kagami, manga: Yamamoto Yamato, content composition: Daisuke Furuya). It is a dark fantasy set in a world where the population has been drastically reduced by an unknown virus and the world is threatened by vampires. The original comic series has sold more than 1.8 million copies. The staff for the anime version includes Daisuke Tokudo as first-time director, Masashi Hizuka as assistant director, Koji Seko as series composition and script writer, and Satoshi Kadowaki as character designer, all members of the production team of the hit "Shinkage no Kyojin. The first season will air from April to June 2015, and the second season from October to December 2015.

New information related to the script and the sixth cast member have been released this time. First of all, the scripts for all episodes up to the final episode (scheduled for episode 24) will be fully supervised by the original author, Takaya Kagami. Furthermore, the scripts that have not yet been published in the original serial magazine were written by Kagami for the anime. Fans of the original work can rest assured that they will be able to watch the anime from beginning to end in accordance with the original work. Incidentally, series composition will be handled by Koji Seko, who participated as a scriptwriter in "Shinkage no Kyojin" and "Zankin no Terror.


The sixth cast consists of four members of the "Tsuki Onigumi," a vampire eradication unit led by Lieutenant Colonel Ichise Guren (CV: Yuichi Nakamura) of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army. Sayuri Hanayori is played by Atsumi Tanazaki, Shigure Yukimi by Yui Ishikawa, Norito Goshi by Daisuke Ono, and Miju Jujo by Yu Shimamura.
