One-Punch Man" to be adapted into a TV anime!　Everyday action of the strongest hero, Saitama, who lost his passion and hair.

A TV anime adaptation of "One-Pan Man" has been decided. The staff and cast have also been announced.

One Pan Man" is a web manga (original by ONE and Yusuke Murata) serialized in the Young Jump magazine. It is an action-packed depiction of the daily life of a hero who has lost his passion because of his overwhelming power to defeat any strong enemy with a single punch, and has become popular with a total of over 5 million copies of the comic in print.

The staff of the anime version is directed by Shingo Natsume of "Space Dandy" and "Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos," with Tomohiro Suzuki of "TIGER & BUNNY" and "Saint Seiya: LEGEND of SANCTUARY" as series director, and character design by Yoshihiro Kurokawa of "From the New World" and ROBOTICS；NOTES. Animation production will be handled by Madhouse. The cast includes Shin Furukawa as Cytama, a man who has gained invincible power through three years of training, and Kaito Ishikawa as Jenos, a young cyborg apprentice who admires Cytama's strength. I am very deeply moved to be commenting on the One-Punch Man anime adaptation. On the day the decision was made to make an anime, I was tempted to explode with joy on Twitter, but I managed to restrain my hands and keep my patience. I was blessed with a wonderful staff, and we met with them every week to discuss the content and visuals, and they worked on it to the last detail. My friend read the original manga first, and I was always curious about it. When I finally read it, I found it to be a very exhilarating work. I thought the story was simple but very interesting, with each episode being completed in a short number of episodes, and always ending with Saitama defeating the enemy with a single blow. My first impression of Saitama was, "This guy is infinitely strong! I thought. He can kill any enemy with a single blow, so I was a little worried about whether I would be able to play the role. The gap between his everyday life and his fighting life is so intense that I was surprised to find out that he is really the strongest hero in the world. At first, I thought Jenos was cool and rival-like, but in fact he is serious, looks up to Psytama as his mentor, and tries his best to become strong and straight-forward in his own way. Ishikawa is also straight, serious, and has a cool head to look around him, so I think he is a perfect match for Jenos. Unlike Jenos, Ishikawa also has a sense of humor. I will do my best while valuing the gap between Saitama's one-hit kills and the blandness of his everyday life, so please give me your support!

One-Punch Man" is about a hero who is the strongest hero in the world with "one-hit-kill" power and a strong sense of justice, but the fact that he is a hero for fun is surreal and gives me the impression of a new kind of hero that has never been seen before. I had the impression that this was a new kind of hero that had never been seen before. When I first saw Saitama, I thought his face looked like a doodle (laughs). But when I saw the cover of the first volume of the comics, I was shocked. He looks so cool and austere. Murata-sensei always draws in such fine detail, and the cover is so cool, but the normal Saitama is so simple. Murata-sensei said that the most difficult thing is to draw such a character like Saitama, and that it is difficult to balance the distribution of his few features. Knowing that, my impression of Saitama changed a little. Mr. Furukawa himself is a very serious person who is always attentive to those around him. Since I will be playing the role of Jenos, who looks up to Saitama as his mentor, I hope to learn a lot from Mr. Furukawa. At first glance, Jenos looked like a very bad guy and I thought he might be a rival of Saitama, but as I read on, I found out that he is a serious and good guy.
