The popular volleyball coming-of-age anime "HIQUE! However, the latest information has just arrived, so let's take a look at it all together.

HIQUE! is an anime work based on the manga by Haruichi Furudate (serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2012), which has sold 2.5 million copies in total. It is a passionate adolescent volleyball story about the Tolino High School volleyball club, centering on Shoyo Hinata, a boy who is fascinated by volleyball, and Tobio Kageyama, a genius player.

As we have already reported, this year, 2015, "Haikyuu! Summit Project 2015," a sequel to the TV series and a theater version will be produced. The sequel is a story that goes beyond the inter-high qualifying rounds, and will continue to be directed by Tsutomu Mitsunaka and produced by Production I.G. On the other hand, the movie version will be a compilation of the first season.

There are several pieces of information that have been revealed this time. First, the official title and release date for the film version have been announced. The film version will be a compilation of the 25-episode TV series, divided into Part 1 and Part 2, with new cuts added. The first part will be called "HIQUE THE MOVIE! The End and the Beginning" and will be released on July 3, 2015 (Friday). The second part will be "HIQUE THE MOVIE! The Winner and the Loser" and will be released on Friday, September 18. In conjunction with this, a key visual for the first part, which depicts members of Karasuno High School and Otogoma High School, has also been released.

Next is the eagerly awaited second season of the TV anime, which will begin airing this fall!　The story will take place after the inter-high qualifying round, which was depicted in the first season. The new character, Nika Taniji, a first-year student at Karasuno High School, has been revealed. She is recruited by Shimizu, who used to be the manager, to be the manager of the Karasuno Exhaustion Team, but the reclusive Taniji shows her hesitation and ......!

Furthermore, in August, a large-scale event "Haikyuu! Festival!" will be held in August. The event will be held on August 30 (Sun.), and the location will be Pacifico Yokohama.

What's more, it has been decided that "HIQUE! will be adapted to the stage!　The production, titled "Hyper Projection Theatre HIQUE! is not just a play, but will make full use of the latest video technology to create a stage performance that will make the audience feel as if they are watching a volleyball game in the world of the original story. The production will be directed by Wally Kinoshita, who has an established reputation for his use of the latest visual gimmicks. The script will be written by Nakayashiki Norihito, a young standard-bearer in the theater world, and the production is expected to bring together the latest creators in the field. The production will open in November, and currently has three confirmed venues in Tokyo, Osaka, and Miyagi.
