New information about the new anime "ARIA The AVVENIRE" has been released simultaneously, including a special report.

ARIA The AVVENIRE" is a completely new anime based on the healing manga "ARIA" by Kozue Amano, whose series has sold over 4.8 million copies. It will be screened at an event on September 26 as the centerpiece of the 10th anniversary project "Ao no Curtain Call," which commemorates the 10th anniversary of the anime adaptation. The staff is the same as that of the TV series, with Junichi Sato as director, Reiko Yoshida as script writer, Masayuki Otochi as character designer, and TYO Animations as production company.

New information, including a special report, has been released at this time. First, the special report is a new video in which we can see Touri, the prima undine, and Ai, who works as a new undine for the ARIA Company, and it was revealed that the main story will consist of the original episode that has not been made into an anime plus an original story ( from the dialogue on the official website ). When the anime started 10 years ago, I had no idea that it would be a work that I would stay with for such a long time. In addition to postrecording, I have been given many opportunities to express myself through radio, events, singing, and so on. Now, 10 years later, ARIA is still an important work for me, a work that is special to me, yet blends so naturally into my daily life that I don't recognize it as special, and is always by my side.
--Please tell us about the characters you play and what attracts you to them.
Each of my jobs was a series of firsts for me, so I was always anxious and flustered, not even knowing if a single act or comment was right or wrong. I think it was this lack of confidence that led to the creation of the fluffy Touri. However, with the help of all the cast members, and by getting along well with all the staff members, I gained a lot of experience as Tori grew. The process and the result overlapped with Tori becoming a Prima, and it is as if I am watching myself. I still feel that Touri became a Prima because everyone was there for her.
--What is your message to those who are looking forward to "ARIA The AVVENIRE"?
We meet again! I can tell that you have been a fan of mine for a long time, even after ARIA ended! I think that many things have happened to me in the past 10 years, such as moving up in grade, becoming a working adult, becoming a mother and father, going to Venice, having a hard time at school and work, and being happy. Please immerse yourself once again in the world of Neo-Venezia, looking back a little on your own footsteps. I am sure you will discover new things, both what has changed and what has not. I am very happy to be able to share the space to enjoy ARIA with you again.

Chiwa Saito (role: Aika)
--Ten years have passed since the first TV series aired, and now the production of a completely new work has been announced. What do you think of "ARIA" as a work of art? It has been 10 years already. First of all, I was surprised by that. For some reason, I feel that "ARIA" has always been by my side and has been a part of my life. It is a rare team that I still have reunions with on a regular basis, and it is still an important work for me.
--Please tell us about the character you play and what attracts you to her.
I think the appeal of Aika is that she is "always ambitious and never spares no effort. Akira is the same way, so it is exactly the Himeya spirit. Many times, when I myself have had a hard time at work, I have remembered Aika and have been inspired by her. She is also "in charge of a girl's heart" (laugh)! She is a character I really love.

Ryo Hirohashi (role: Alice)
--Ten years have passed since the first TV series aired, and now the production of a completely new work has been announced. What is the position of "ARIA" for you?
I think ARIA was a work in which I reflected on myself through the role of Alice. The interviews and comments at the time made me blush, as I talked about Alice and talked about myself as I was. I was so happy to see the resemblance, and I was also gritting my teeth, overlapping a lot of aspects of myself as a child with her. So, even though I was a little embarrassed, it really is "my precious work. It made me realize that life can be as beautiful and rich as you want it to be, depending on how you look at it and feel about it.
--Please tell us about the character you play and what attracted you to her.
She is my precious, precious, lovely friend. She is clumsy, childish, stubborn, honest, and hard-working, and I can't help but watch over her. There are many times when I have been surprised to find that he must be thinking a lot more than that in his simple words. I love all of his stories, but the scene where he sings to Athena still makes me cry when I see it.
--What is your message to those who are looking forward to "ARIA The AVVENIRE"?
I never expected this to be a completely new work. I am even more surprised than you are. It is such a wonderful miracle to be able to see and play ARIA again. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it in a "big" way!

Sayaka Ohara (Alicia)

Even though so much time has passed since I was last involved with it, my memories of it have not faded in the slightest. In fact, I feel more fresh and lovely... Neo-Venezia is always an important place in my heart, just like my hometown.
--What is it about the character you play that attracts you so much?
Sometimes when I get frustrated or feel like losing myself, I think of Alicia's "Oh, my God, uuhuhu" and wonder what she would say when she sees something wonderful in everyday life. Alicia is a person who always has a smile on her face and can easily reach out to someone's heart. To me, she is a representative of a wonderful adult and a woman I admire.
--What is your message to those who are looking forward to "ARIA The AVVENIRE"?
I'm so happy to know that the new "ARIA" has been warmly embraced by the fans, just as it has been by me even after 10 years. I look forward to welcoming you in the nostalgic Neo-Venice with the same cast and staff!

Chinami Nishimura (President Aria)
--It has been 10 years since the first TV series aired, and we are pleased to announce the production of a completely new series. What is the position of "ARIA" for you?
ARIA" is a beloved treasure for me. No matter how many nice words I put together, they don't really fit. I just love it. It made me realize once again how wonderful ordinary life is, and surrounded by sparkling words, I myself was given many treasures. I am just so grateful to be a part of a work that is loved so much by the staff, cast, and fans. And it's amazing that the wonderful things that spread through the relationship with ARIA are still happening 10 years later! The music of the Shoro Club played slowly and comfortably in the recording studio. The tea served during breaks, all of which are wonderful memories. All of them are wonderful memories.
--What do you think of the character you play and what attracts you to him or her?
I don't really remember my first impression of President Aria (laugh), but after reading the original book and seeing the lines of "pui-nyu~," the image of her voice came easily to me. When I play a character who only squeals, I always try to remember that he/she is talking, not just squealing. I always wanted to be close to the feelings of the president in the words "pui-nyu~," so I breathed life into the character. President Aria is very much like me, a gourmand (laughs), and I felt that it would be nice if the audience could see her eating her delicious meals with a relaxed feeling. When I was playing the role of President Aria, if I could make the studio feel relaxed or make the audience laugh, I would think to myself, "I did it! (^^) In the second and third terms, the members around me would say, "Didn't you just say 'Fatty'? (^^) In the second and third seasons, I was able to play the role freely and spontaneously, so much so that the members around me would say, "Didn't you just say 'Fatty'?

I am so glad that you still care about "ARIA" for a long time. I could really feel how the fans felt about "ARIA" when I was doing the radio show. Junko Minagawa (Actress: Akira)

It is an important, very important work. It is like a treasure box in my heart. I cried during the recording of "ARIA," cried when I watched it on air, and cried so hard that I worried I was a bad actor for crying so uncontrollably (laugh). (Laughs) But all those tears were tears that flowed when I was touched by the kindness of people thinking of others. It was as if my heart was being purified every time. I am very happy to have met this work and to have been allowed to play the role of Akira, and it is an important work for me.
--Please tell us about the characters you play and what attracts you to them.
I thought a lot about what she was thinking when she said those words and how she felt when she said them. I think I may be the one who learned the most from her, not from Aika. Because Aika is a much better person than I am. For me, Akira-san is a character I admire, who makes me want to be someone like her.

I hope that Ai will quickly become a full-fledged person and inherit Touri's feelings, just as Touri inherited Alicia's.
