We are i☆Ris! Long interview with i☆Ris in commemoration of the release! All the members were involved in the song order and everything else, and this is their long-awaited 1st album.

i☆Ris" is a hybrid group of voice actors and idols. Two and a half years after their debut, their long-awaited first album "We are i☆Ris" will be released on April 8. The album includes their debut song "Color" and the theme song "Make it! The remaining six songs are new songs for this album, including hard songs and crying ballads, showing a new side of i☆Ris.

Two types of live DVDs will also be available: TYPE-A includes all the songs from the 2nd anniversary live at the Roppongi Blue Theater last November, while TYPE-B includes all the songs from last year's 3rd anniversary live at the Roppongi Blue Theater!　TYPE-B includes excerpts from the Shinjuku BLAZE concert last March and an off-shot movie. The live performance of i☆Ris, with live singing and acrobatic dancing with jumping and bouncing all over the stage, is a real pleasure to watch.

Around the time of the album release, "Pripara," in which the girls star, entered its second new season!

We will talk about their 1st album and "Pripara" with the members of i☆Ris, who are doing a great job as singers and voice actors. We also asked them to give a self-commentary on the 6 new songs from the album.

Wakai Hi, everyone! How are you?

Kubota: I am Miyu Kubota aka Miyutan, the princess of Wan Wan Kingdom. My image color is orange.

We're so excited to release our first album!

Yamakita: We have just released eight singles, so I have the strong impression that we can finally release this album!　I have a strong impression that I can finally release it! Normally, I think there is an image of releasing an album after about four singles. So, from around the fifth album, I kept thinking, "Will we hear about an album soon? I think all the songs that i☆Ris has sung so far are good songs, and I'm glad that we finally have more opportunities to let people know that we sing other songs as well.

Serizawa: i☆Ris is a unit that strives to be both a voice actor and an idol, but musically, we have sung a variety of fantastic and cool songs. So I think we have a strong artist side.　I think I have a strong artist side. I think that having the album released and the tour as well has been a step up for me, and I feel that I can now do it with more confidence. Anyway, I am very happy!

Akaneya: I am deeply moved because it is finally happening. Each time we release a single, we put our heart and soul into the recording and the release event that accompanies the release. This time, there are duets by three different groups, and I think you will be able to see the colors of each member in the songs. I am very much looking forward to receiving it in your hands.

WakaiWhen it was decided to release this album, I felt that I had not released it yet, and at the same time I also felt that I had released 8 singles. ...... It may be an exaggeration to say that this is the easiest message to convey to everyone, but this album is finally complete. I am very much looking forward to having many people listen to it.

Kubota: This album contains many new songs as well as existing songs that were turning points in our activities, so those who are new to i☆Ris will understand what the group is about, and those who have supported us since the beginning will feel nostalgic. I think that those who have supported i☆Ris since the early days will feel "Oh, I miss them! Since the debut song "Color" is also included in this album, I think the fans will be able to feel the contents of this album.

Shibuya: This album, including the order of the songs, is one that all the members really paid attention to. So in that sense, I feel that this album is something that people can listen to with confidence.
