Weekly Akiba Meshi" (March 4 and April 1, 2015 issue), in which Akiba Research Institute staff members introduce what they ate in Akihabara and its surroundings.

The disposable chopsticks in the corner of the tableware are just to give you an idea of the size/quantity of the food and dishes. Please do not say, "This is bad manners! We basically avoid "deca-masu" menus that cost more than 1,000 yen, because they are not necessarily cost-effective. I am sorry.

This weekend is the 5th game of the J1 season.

We, Kashiwa Reysol, will be facing off against Matsumoto Yamamaga FC, a team from J2, in Alwin, a hostile place!

I don't know much about what kind of team they are, but I would be careful just because they are led by that Sorimachi coach. They beat us up a lot when I was in Niigata....

Matsumoto has a great reputation for its stadium (especially the food), so I think I will make a trip to Matsumoto to experience it firsthand!

I wish they would sing a special chant for the match against Kashiwa, like the one for the match against Nagoya, " Kishimen yori soba, miso katsu yori soba "...
