The new MSI "X99A SLI PLUS" USB 3.1 motherboard model goes on sale tomorrow, Saturday the 11th!

MSI's X99A SLI PLUS, an X 99 motherboard with an onboard USB 3.1 port, will be released tomorrow, Saturday the 11th.

The X99A SLI PLUS is an X99 motherboard equipped with a USB 3.1 (Type-A) portthat deliversatheoretical transfer rate of 10Gbps, twice the speed of USB 3.0.The USB 3.1 controller chip is ASMedia's ASM1142.

It also featuresa Turbo M.2 slot that uses PCI Express 3.0 x4 bandwidth for a maximum transfer rate of 32Gb/s, an OC engine for flexible CPU base clock settings, and USB Steel Power that supplies 5V power directly from the ATX power supply to the USB port. Power" that directly supplies 5V power from ATX power supply to USB ports.
