Summer Anime "Actually I Am," with Natsuki Hanae as the main character, Asayo Kuromine! School romantic comedy with non-human heroines

The cast of the main character from the TV anime "Actually I Am," which will start in July, has been announced.

The anime is based on the manga by Eiji Masuda, which is serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion. It is a school love comedy about a heroine who has various secrets such as being a vampire, and a heroine whose thoughts come out on her face immediately. Directed by Yamamoto, who also directed "Invasion! Ika Musume" and "Hero Bank," and series composition by Kenichi Yamashita of "Fresh Pretty Cure! and "Space Brothers," character design by Hiroki Marufuji of "Macross F" and "Nobunaga the Fool," and animation production by TMS.

The main character, Asayo Kuromine, will be played by Natsuki Hanae. As this is a slapstick drama with various non-human characters centering on Asayo, she is boldly taking on the challenge of playing a natural character who both tsukkomi and blurts it out, with high tension. Incidentally, the announced cast includes Yu Serizawa, Inori Minase, Rena Ueda, Aya Uchida, M.A.O., and Emi Nitta.
