Neo smartpen N2, a Bluetooth ballpoint pen that can transfer written content to a smartphone, is now available!

NeoLAB has released the "Neo smartpen N2," a digital ballpoint pen that transfers writing in a dedicated notebook directly to a smartphone.




Neo smartpen N2 is a Bluetooth-connected digital ballpoint pen that automatically transfers notes written in the attached "nNote Pocket" notebook to a smartphone with the dedicated "Neo Notes" application installed. It is also compatible with " Evernote " and can automatically upload your writing to your Evernote account.

The main specifications are as follows: the main body measures 156.5 (length) x 11.8 (diameter) mm, weighs 24 g, and has 256 levels of pressure sensitivity. The onboard memory is 90 MB ( capable of storing data equivalent to approximately 1,000 A4-size sheets). The power supply is a built-in battery, with a continuous operating time of approximately 5 hours. Compatible OS: iOS 7.1 or higher, Andorid 4.1.2 or higher. Included in the package are a small notebook, charging cable, replacement lead, and manual.

The Jan-gle Akihabara flagship store, which sells the product, says that a larger notebook than the included one will be in stock soon.
