Intel has released the SSDPEDMX020T401, a low-cost model of NVMe SSD for data centers .




The SSDPEDMX020T401 is a 2TB capacity model that belongs to Intel's low-cost DC P3500 series of SSDs for data centers , and features thenew NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) The main feature of this model is that it uses the new standard interface "NVMe" (Non-Volatile Memory Express) set for flash memory .

The main specifications are: sequential access: 2,700MB/sec read, 1,800MB/sec write; 4KB random access: 430,000 IOPS read, 28,000 IOPS write;connection interface: PCIe 3.0 x4; form factor: HHHL AIC. In addition, it will feature an Intel controller and NAND flash (MLC 20nm).
