TV anime "Kuroko's Basketball" jacks Shinjuku Station to commemorate the broadcast of the final game! Newly-drawn posters and life-size character pillar-wrapped advertisements appeared all at once!

The TV anime "Kuroko no Basket", currently airing its third season, has announced a plan to jack Shinjuku Station.

Kuroko no Basket" is an anime work based on a high school basketball manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki (serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump). The main character is Tetsuya Kuroko, the "Sixth Man of Illusion," a member of the junior high school basketball team at a powerful school who is admired by the five members of the "Kiseki Generation. The first season aired from April to September 2012, and the second from October 2013 to April 2014.

The May 2 episode (MBS) will be the 67th episode of the series. To commemorate the broadcast of the Winter Cup final, an ad jack will be placed in the Shinjuku Station Metro Promenade (a passageway connecting the east and west exits of the station) of the Tokyo Metro. The ads will include a B0 poster ad with a new illustration by Yoko Kikuchi, a character designer; a B0 poster ad with comments from a total of 105 staff members and cast members; a pillar-wrapped ad with almost life-size portrayals of Seirin and Rakuyama's starring characters; and a banner ad looking back on the Winter Cup game results. The ads will be displayed on a large scale.


The ads will run from April 27 to May 3, from 6:00 to 23:00, with 20 B0 poster ads, 14 pillar-wrap ads, and 14 banner ads.
