The SSD 750 series of NVMe SSDs for consumers is now available from Intel.
The lineup includes two models: the SSDPEDMW012T401, a 1.2TB capacity model, and the SSDPEDMW400G401, a 400GB capacity model.
The "SSDPEDMW012T401" and "SSDPEDMW400G401" are consumer-oriented SSDs that use the new standard interface "NVMe" (Non-Volatile Memory Express) set forflash memory.
"SSDPEDMW012TThe main specifications of the "SSDPEDMW401" are sequential access: read: 2,400MB/sec, write: 1,200MB/sec; 4KB random access: read: 440,000 IOPS, write: 29,000 IOPS.
The main specifications of the "SSDPEDMW400G401" are sequential4KB random access: 430,000 IOPS read, 23,000 IOPS write.
Common specifications include PCIe 3.0 x4 connection interface, HHHL AIC form factor, and MTBF of 1.2 million hours. MTBF is 1.2 million hours. Other features include an Intel controller and NAND flash (MLC 20nm).
