Triage X," a TV anime starting in April, has released a synopsis of the fourth episode and some advance scene photos.

Triage X" is an anime work based on the manga by Shoji Sato (serialized in Dragon Age Monthly). It is an action story featuring a high school student who is a member of "Black Label," a secret organization that executes evil people who cannot be judged by law. Directed by the director of "Kanokon," "Maken Hime! Dori", "Upotte! and "Upotte!", and Takao Kado of "To LOVE-ru -Toraburu-" and "Upotte! Mr. Takami will also be in charge of character design. The series is composed by Katsuhiko Takayama of "Baka to Test to Summoneru" series and produced by XEBEC, and is also notable for the voice acting by Amina Sato (ex-AKB48) and Akika Nakatani (ex-AKB48).

The " boobies galore " style of the series has made it popular, and the synopsis and advance scene photos for the fourth episode, which will air on April 29, have been released. Episode 4, "FIRE GAME," depicts an episode in which Mikoto Kiba goes to a crime scene alone and is forced to make a choice in a difficult situation.

Mikoto learns of the existence of a malignant tumor and rushes to the scene alone, without waiting for Arashi or the other "Black Label" members, in order to save the hostage's life. What awaits her there is a thug dealing in an extremely dangerous new type of drug, and another person who is a complete surprise to Mikoto. ......?　Mikoto is shocked to learn the truth. What is the "triage" choice she is forced to make?
