Brass band anime "Hibike! Euphonium", brass band event in October!　Instrumental performance presentation by four main cast members

A brass band event has been announced for the TV anime "Hibike! Euphonium," a brass band event was announced.

Euphonium," which won the "8th Japan Love Story Award" from Takarajimasya, Inc! Euphonium" is based on the novel "Hibike! Euphonium: Welcome to Kita-Uji High School Brass Band" (original story by Ayano Takeda). Set in a high school brass band club, it is a coming-of-age story that depicts how the female members of the club seriously engage in club activities under the strict guidance of their newly appointed advisor. Directed by Tatsuya Ishihara of the "Chuunibyou de Koi ga Shitai! series, series composition by Juki Hanada, character design by Akiko Ikeda, and series direction by Naoko Yamada. Animation production will be handled by Kyoto Animation.

A brass band event will be held on October 24 at Maeda Hall of Senzoku Gakuen School of Music. The four main cast members, Tomoyo Kurosawa (Kumiko Kozae), Ayaka Asai (Hazuki Kato), Moet Toyoda (Midori Kawashima), and Chika Asai (Rena Kosaka), who are currently taking lessons in playing the instruments that their characters play, will give a performance. In addition, Takahiro Sakurai (who plays Noboru Taki) and TRUE (who sings the opening theme song) will also appear.

The first volume of the BD/DVD, to be released on June 17, will include a priority ticket application for the event as an initial bonus. The event is expected to be a hot one, as the work is attracting a lot of attention not only from anime fans but also from brass band fans.
