Summer Anime "Chaos Dragon: Battle of the Red Dragon" Announces Cast!　Marina Inoue, Miyuki Sawashiro, Marie Uchida, etc.

The cast has been announced for the TV anime "Chaeos Dragon: Red Dragon Warrior," which will start in July.

This is an anime work by "Chaeos Dragon," a media mix project by Toho, Seikaisha, and Sega Networks. The story is based on the TRPG "Red Dragon" (*), in which many famous writers are participating, and is set in the year 3015. The story of Niru Kamui, a small country where the guardian god "Red Dragon" has run amok, is depicted in an elaborate animation setting. Directed by Masato Matsune, making his directorial debut as a TV animation director; series composition by Ukyo Kotachi (Team Barrel Roll), who also works as a game designer; assistant composition by Noboru Aikawa; music by Hitoshi Sakimoto (Final Fantasy XII); animation production by SILVERLINK./ CONNECT.

There is no commercially available rulebook, and a one-off rule system designed specifically for this work will be used. The system was designed by Makoto Mita, Kiyomune Miwa, and Ukyo Kotachi. Makoto Mita also serves as the fiction master (the role of the game master in general TRPGs, described hereafter as FM). The cast has now been revealed. Marina Inoue will be playing the role of Abakubuki, a boy living in the island nation of Niru Kamui; Miyuki Sawashiro will be playing Ayiha, a girl in the revolutionary army; Souma Saito will be playing Suaroh, a knight in the strongest corps; Marei Uchida will be playing Loh Chenghua, an armed monk in a religious organization; and Unsho Ishizuka will be playing the role of Graba the Disaster, known as the "Immortal Merchant.

A new PV will be available on the official website (http://chaosdragon.jp) from early May. In addition, an event will be held on June 20, just before the broadcast.
