NoitaminA Film "Empire of the Corpse" Unveils New Visual! Three films are coming out together with "Slaughterhouse" and "Harmony".

Noitamina's "Project Itoh," an anime adaptation of the novel by the late Keisuke Ito, has unveiled a new visual for the anime film "Empire of the Corpse.

This project, the second noitamina movie following the blockbuster hit "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass the Movie," is based on the original full-length novels "Slaughterhouse Organ" and "Harmony" by Keisuke Ito, who died prematurely in 2009 at the age of 34, and his 30-page preface, which was written by his close friend and Akutagawa Prize-winning author, Akutagawa Shoichiro. The three novels, "Slaughterhouse", "Harmony", and "Empire of the Corpse", which was written by Akutagawa Prize-winning author Tou Enjou, who is known as his close friend, will be made into animation films in succession starting in October.

Following the October release of "Slaughterhouse Organ" and the November release of "Harmony," a new visual for the December release of "Empire of the Corpse" has been unveiled. It depicts the main character, John Watson, and the members traveling in search of "Victor's Memoirs. In addition, wallpapers featuring the image visuals of "Slaughterhouse", "Harmony", and "Empire of the Corpse" are available for download on the official website.

London at the end of the 19th century, where "corpse resuscitation technology" has developed and "corpses" are used as labor force. John Watson, a talented medical student, is invited by the Walsingham Agency, a secret organization of the British government, and receives a secret mission.
The mission is to search for a legendary book, "Victor's Memoirs. It is said to contain the ultimate technology left behind by Dr. Victor Frankenstein a century ago to create "The One," an original wight who wills and speaks like a living person.
The first clue is deep in Afghanistan. It is said that Alexei Karamazov, a retired priest in the Russian Imperial Army and a prodigious wight technician, suddenly led a rebellion with a new type of armed wight and disappeared in the area.
What if he has already obtained the "memoirs" and is using that method to manufacture the new type of corpses?
Accompanied by Friday the Corpse, who records every action, Watson's epic journey through "Victor's Memoirs" begins.
