A report on the opening day greetings for Chapter 3, "Shining Thing: Fall from Heaven," has just arrived. The first day's stage greeting was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 on May 9, and was attended by the producer, director, and voice actors. The following is the report.

The BD/DVD will be released on June 26.

The stage greeting was attended by the main cast, including Miyu Irino as Akito Hyuga, Maaya Sakamoto as Leila Markal, and Masaya Matsukaze as Shin Huga Scheing, as well as director Kazuki Akane and producer Yoshitaka Kawaguchi of Sunrise, and the audience gave a rousing round of applause.

Asked about Chapter 3, Irino said, "Chapter 3 delves into the inner lives and relationships of the characters, so it may seem a bit plain since there is not much flashy action, but it is an important story. The film is full of highlights and every line has a meaning, making it a film that can be enjoyed no matter how many times you watch it. Sakamoto said, "It was interesting to see that Leila was very clumsy, to find out that Yukiya was popular among the operator girls, and to imagine scenes that had not been depicted before. On the other hand, Mr. Matsukaze said, "I hadn't seen Sakamoto-san in a while, so I came dressed properly, but the first thing he said to me was, 'You look like a katagi' (laugh)," he said with a smug grin on his face. (Laughs.)" Mr. Irino responded, "No, no, no. No one is asking about the relationship between Mr. Matsukaze and Mr. Sakamoto or anything like that (laughs). Please talk about the work." His sharply pointed commentary and well-matched talk had the audience in a whirlpool of laughter. He also referred to Shin's nightmare frame, Velkin Getrix, which did not appear in Chapter 3, but appeared in the preview for Chapter 4, as "my Velkin. Asked about thehighlights of the show, Director Akanesaid,"Akito, who used to fight as if he were possessed, is now able to communicate with those around him and smile a little.

While the audience was excited, it was announced that "Code Geass: Akito the Exiled", which was scheduled to be completed in four chapters, would have a new final chapter (Chapter 5, "Aishikimonotachihe"), which drew loud cheers from the fans. Producer Kawaguchi said, "The story has become more voluminous than originally planned, so we decided to produce an additional chapter 5. The climax is more spectacular because of this, so we would appreciate your continued support.

The topic then turned to Chapter 4, "From the Memory of Hatred," which will be screened on July 4. Asked about the quality of the recording, Matsukaze said, "It's great, you can set the bar high! He showed his confidence in the film. On the other hand, Director Akane said, "The volume of the action was so great that some parts had to be extended to Chapter 5 (laugh), but the content makes the most of the 5.1 channel, so I hope fans will see it on the big screen in the theater.

Finally, the speakers commented one by one. Producer Kawaguchi said, "Thank you very much for coming early in the morning, even though we had to wait for a long time. We are working hard on the fourth and fifth chapters. If you all support us, it will encourage them. Please stay with us until the end. Director Akane said, "I hope you will invite your friends and visit the theater as many times as you like, if not more. We have many more storylines in mind, so please wait a little longer. Matsukaze said, "I think you will enjoy this work no matter how many times you see it. We will continue to work on it until the fifth chapter. Mr. Sakamoto said, "The production of the fifth chapter has been announced, and I hope that you will watch it again, thinking that you have one more thing to look forward to. Mr. Irino said, "Chapter 3 is filled with a lot of foreshadowing for Chapter 4. I think you will enjoy it no matter how many times you see it. The opening greeting ended with each of them expressing their confidence in the work and their thoughts on it.
